All our jewellery is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled jewellers at our international studio in South Africa. The total time from order placement to delivery typically ranges from 7 to 10 working days, encompassing crafting, processing, and shipping. Below is a breakdown of our process and timelines:

Shipping Process
Once your personalised item is crafted, it is shipped via DHL Express to our Silvery dispatch team in Botley, Southampton, UK. Upon arrival, our team ensures same-day dispatch using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for final delivery. You will receive tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.

PROCESSING & CRAFTING TIMES
- Processing Time: Once you have placed your order, your order will be reviewed by our team on the day of placement. Once we’ve confirmed that we’ve got all your instructions and choices perfectly understood, it’ll move to our workshop to begin crafting the very next day. If there’s anything we’re unsure about, we’ll reach out soon to confirm your personalisation options.
- Standard Crafting Time: 3 Working Days once your order is placed into our workshop - Adjusted to 5 working days during the Christmas rush.
- Design & Template Approval - Some of our products, such as the Arabic Name Necklace, require an approved design template before manufacturing begins. Once the template is prepared, our team will email it to you for review. Please monitor your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this email. After you approve the template, your order will move to our workshop for handcrafting. If you need changes, simply reply to the email with your requested adjustments. You may request up to two revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations.

Shipping to South Africa & Australia
We are proud to offer shipping, local service and resizing within South Africa and Australia for just £ 4.00 per delivery. We are located in both regions allowing for fast and duty free shipping covered by Silvery Jewellery.
International DHL Express
We deliver globally with DHL Express.

International Taxes and Duties
For all international orders placed outside of the United Kingdom, Silvery will not be held liable for import taxes and duties into your country.
However, we have Silvery offices for the following regions:

When ordering through Silveryjewellery.co.uk for these regions you will not be charged import taxes and duties as these orders will be shipped to our offices where all import duties will be paid for by Silvery Jewellery.

Agreement when Placing Order:
Silvery strives for excellence and in turn wants you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business which is linked to personalisation, it is very important to be aware of our Standard Return Policy and matters related to exchanging items. Upon placing your order you are required to tick the box “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions*” which is a mandatory field prior to being able to complete your order. It’s your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions. We are unable to enter into discussions if you openly admit to not having read our Terms and Conditions.
Order Processing & Delivery:
Manufacturing and handcrafting of your order will begin processing once payment has been received and it has cleared. Payments can take up to two days to reflect.
We process orders and allocate payments once a day, therefore orders are not immediately allocated to manufacturing, even if you bank with Mettle.
You will receive email notifications at the various stages of your order progress.

Delivery Address:
Please note that our courier partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Silvery will not be held responsible or liable for incorrect delivery details supplied by customers when checking out. When selecting our courier option, it will be necessary for someone to sign to acknowledge the receipt of the parcel upon delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to update your delivery address. Please ensure you fill it in correctly and accurately when placing your order.
Condition of Goods:
In the unlikely event that items are delivered damaged or with defects and there is no clear damage to the item from the courier company, you will be required to take photos of your items within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Photos are to be emailed to: info@silveryjewellery.co.uk
Upon receipt of the details we will investigate the matter. Should it be found that the items were sent to you in the condition shown upon receipt or such damage occurred in transit, Silvery will replace the items that you have ordered. If the items are not reported as damaged / defective within 24 hours of receiving them, we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.
You will be required to return the damaged items to us, upon which a new order will be sent to you. You will not be permitted to keep the damaged items.
Our exquisitely delicate My Family Birthstone Ring is ethically handcrafted in 925 Sterling Silver by our skilled jewellers.
Each ring is individually made in solid silver in our workshop, ensuring a meticulous finish that sets it apart from mass-produced pieces.
The elegant design allows you to select 2 – 5 cubic zirconia birthstones* from the Silvery options to be set on the highly-polished silver band, each stone representing a cherished family member.
A unique touch is the personalized message we can engrave inside the band, using your preferred font from the Silvery options. This personalises your thoughtful gift, elevating it from a fashion accessory into a cherished Memory Keeper – a sentimental piece that serves as a constant reminder of the special place each family member holds in your heart.
This ring is available in highly-polished sterling silver or you may choose to plate it in 14kt gold or rose gold vermeil.*
Your item will arrive attractively presented in a Standard Silvery Gift Box with options to select a Premium Gift Box as well as a finishing bow and gift tag.

Ring Measurement Instructions
RING MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Measuring your ring size is easy, but it does need to be accurate. Please be sure to use a ring that you own and wear on the finger you would like your Silvery ring to fit on. Simply measure the inner diameter with a ruler, making sure you measure the widest points (see the image below for reference). Once you have measured your ring match the diameter to a ring size on our chart. If you need guidance or assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our suggestions are not a guarantee of items fitting, but rather a guideline. We are unable to give you an exact suggestion as rings differ depending on the metal width and personal preferences on fit.
Should you require a second opinion on your sizing, please feel free to take a photo and send it to us. This will allow us to guide you prior to your order being placed into manufacturing.

The Silvery Warranty offers you the full coverage of manufacturing, administration and shipping costs against warranty claims resulting from manufacturing defects and workmanship errors.
Silvery reserves the right to void the terms of the warranty on any purchased items that show signs of abuse / neglect, intentional changes, or damage beyond normal daily use. Each warranty claim will be evaluated by our professional jewellers prior to determining a way forward.
Each jewellery item is thoroughly quality checked and photographed before leaving our workshop to compare against possible future warranty claims.
The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days since the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

We understand that each purchase is unique, therefore, we offer resizing services handled on a case-to-case basis to ensure that our assistance best suits your resize enquiry.
